Studio Policies
To maintain a high-quality and professional experience for all clients, please take a moment to review the following studio policies.
Payment Policy
Deposits
A $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable and will go toward the total cost of your service. Deposits may only be refunded if an appointment is cancelled 48 hours prior to.
Payment Methods
Cash is accepted in-studio with no additional fees.
E-transfer is accepted at the time of service and is subject to 13% HST. Payment must be completed before leaving the studio.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Out of courtesy for my time and other clients: Please provide at least 12–24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.Failure to provide adequate notice will require a deposit for all future bookings.No-shows will result in a permanent ban from booking future services.
Appointment Process & Duration
A comprehensive lash analysis is conducted via Google Form once the deposit is received. This ensures your appointment runs smoothly. The lash analysis will also be reviewed and discussed at the start of your appointment. Every lash set is fully customized to suit your eye shape, lash health, and desired look. Appointments may take up to 3 hours, so please plan your schedule accordingly.
Foreign Fills
SNR Aesthetics does not offer fills on work done by other lash artists. If you currently have extensions from another technician, please book a removal and a full set. This policy ensures your lashes are safe, healthy, and designed to suit your unique features.
Fill Policy
A minimum of 40% of lash extensions must remain to qualify as a fill. If less than 40% of extensions are intact, the appointment will be treated as a full set. Fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain the integrity and appearance of your lashes.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time to avoid delays or appointment cancellation. If you are running late, notify us as soon as possible. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice will have their appointment cancelled and their deposit forfeited.
Health and Safety
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. A complementary lash bath will be provided at the time of your appointment. If you are feeling unwell, have an eye infection, or are recovering from illness, please reschedule your appointment. For safety reasons, guests, children, or pets are not permitted in the studio during appointments.
Touch-up Policy
Touch-ups within 72 hours of your original appointment are complimentary if excessive fall-out occurs (not due to improper aftercare). After 72 hours, regular fill pricing applies.
Aftercare Expectations
Aftercare instructions will be provided at your appointment. Failure to follow proper aftercare may affect lash retention and will not be eligible for complimentary fixes.
Refusal of Service
SNR Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who displays disrespectful behaviour, is under the influence, or violates policies.
